China has been once again grabbing headlines this month. The country, arguably the “patient zero” for COVID-19, has not been able to provide fiscal relief to its economy after the lethal pandemic struck. On the other hand, several other nations in the West and even its own neighbours (read: India) have apparently rejuvenated their economies with commendable fiscal pushes to the point they are in fact, now even overheating.
