Indian equity markets extended the winning rally for the sixth successive days lead by strong buying in IT and financial services stocks. Favorable business updates for the first quarter coupled with constant foreign fund inflows helped to boost the market sentiments. Additionally, investors continued to appreciate the robust GST collection update which also uplifted the market sentiments.
